Take a glance — you might just find a little Finn within yourself.

Why I created this mini-journal?

As I’ve written before, I’ve experienced and seen quite a lot in my life. And over time, I’ve learned how profoundly valuable the so-called “simple things” really are. Sadly, people often only realize this when it’s too late.

Through my own journey, I’ve come to feel a quiet responsibility — to share what I’ve seen, and to gently encourage others to notice the joy that already exists around and within them.

The world pulls us in a million directions. Life is often too hectic to hear our own inner guidance. Yet we carry so many seeds of happiness in our pockets. We just need to pause, look, and start acting accordingly.

If we look at how much time we spend scrolling on social media — chasing ease for a restless mind — it often does the opposite. We are constantly told what we need more of to feel fulfilled. But no one tells us to stop, go outside, breathe deeply, look at the sky — and let the Earth speak.

Instead of worrying about what we’re missing, we could be grateful for what we already have. And from that place of quiet gratitude, we can contribute to something bigger than ourselves.

This journal is a small piece of that intention. I hope it brings you closer to the joy that’s already waiting — softly, patiently — within your everyday life.
